Hello Bhavya,
First of all don't worry. If you are a beginner, you can start studying with NCERT books. If you understand all the concepts in it then go for other best books. The list of best books for all the subjects are given in the link, go through it.

Good luck!
Dear Bhavya,
To start your preperation first focus on NCERT.You have to get all your concepts clear in physics and practice lots of problems on an average of around 60-70 problems per day.GRB is a good book for physics to practice problems.
As far as chemistry is concerned focus little beyond ncert in inorganic chemistry to learn things. You have to go into details of organic chemistry and understand mechanisms of reaction to solve questions. Physical chemistry also needs practice. You can refer PRADEEP for questions and extra information.
At last what counts is regular practice and hard work. Also do join a test series...online or offline and practice previous years questions papers.Asserrion reaction type of questions are little tricky so practice those as they demand full clarity of concepts . ALL THE BEST!!
