im really confused, please help me im a student from kashmir and i will be appearing in neet 2021.i want to know can i get a aimms seat ,if yes how much i have to score to get it in general category.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but being a domicile a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir you cannot get into Aiims.
This is because,
Admission in AIIMS is through all India counselling but residents of Jammu and Kashmir are not eligible for participating in all India counselling for Government Medical Colleges and thus you cannot get into AIIMS.
Actually,
You are eligible to participate in all India counselling but only for deemed universities and not for government medical college like Aiims and others.

That is true but atleast officially Jammu and Kashmir hasn't announced its participation in All India Counselling. And so until then, we have to go by the existing norms.
Now, this is for 2020 and NEET 2021 is still a year away, we have to wait for official information.
