Yes you will be eligible to get a PG seat for the course of MBBS in your own desired room.

You can get a private seat in any state for any college. For government college you will have to produce the related documents to get admission through State quota.  There is a certain amount of reservation for state quota.

I'm sorry to say that your state provides you with 50% state quota seats only and only if you complete your MBBS from the same state itself. This is the rule that applies for Telangana. So you ain't eligible for state quota if you did your MBBS from Maharashtra.
