You haven't mentioned your category if you belong to general category with such rank you may not get seat in a government Institute or a decent College. The chances are low to get seat in a decent college. But if you belong to reserved category there are slim chances of getting seat in a decent college. Cut off rank depends on the rank and it varies from one college to another. If you tell us the course and your rank we can help you with the colleges in which you have chances of getting seat based on previous year cut off.
