As you are an SC student and have scored 95 percentile hence you have high chances to get into NIT.But getting admission into CSE branch seems a bit tough.According to me, if you  are ready to compromise your branch then you would get into some good NITs.But if you are sure about CSE then you should try for IIITs like NAgpur,Jabalpur,etc. You should also try for VIT and SRM which would surely offer you CSE.Hope your query is resolved and you have got some clarity.May you secure a good rank in JEE advanced and also best of luck for your admission process.Hope you get your desired branch and a good college.Regards.
