You are definitely eligible for pursuing 3 year course in llb as you have secured more than 40% in your graduation. The eligibility criteria mentions that one has to secure an aggregate of 45% marks in their graduation if they are from general category and 40% if they are from reserved category. Also you have to be of 17 years of age to sit for the examination though there is no upper age limit.
