Well getting a government medical college seat in government medical colleges with that marks is not possible through AIQ but through state quota the chances differ from state to state.

Some states have low cut off where the chances of getting a seat is high whereas some have high cut off where the chances are low.

All these were for a general category student. For other categories it becomes more easy both through AIQ and state quota.
