Well at 480 marks you looking for government Medical college then I am really sorry to say but your chances are quite low because at 480 marks no any mbbs government college will be allotted to you .
For getting government mbbs college you must need to score atleast 540 ++ marks especially in NEET ug 2019 .
This for general category cutoff.
Although you can try for the private sector for mbbs.
Or for sure at your marks you will definitely get BDS government and bams , bhms , veterinary science etc .
One thing yes we can only predict but result is yet to be come. So hope for the best
