I'm scoring around 580 general category Uttar Pradesh can I get a government mbbs seat? which colleges please mention. also through implementation of nmc bill,can I get a seat in private colleges at government fee structure?

------- If we go by previous year data for NEET UG Counseling for Uttar Pradesh then after the 2nd round of Counseling, last candidate from General Category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College had scored 601 marks and he got seat in Autonomous State Medical College, Jaunpur.
So if we go by this data, your chances don't seem that fancy in the intital round of Counseling.
