Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 19277 - 24026 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
So as a general category candidate ccording to previous years the cutoff marks for government college in up colleges are as follows :
1. Autonomous State Medical College, Basti - 611 marks
2. Government Medical College, Badaun -614
3. Government Medical College, Jalaun - 618
4. King George's Medical University, Lucknow- 657

So you have less chances to get seat in government mbbs medical colleges. But you can go for bds or Pvt college
Here you can check the previous year cut off marks

You can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get

In the year, the cutoff marks range was between 575-637 with a corresponding rank range of 1912-14621. So your chance to get admission is totally depending on what rank you get.
