Hello aspirant, YES you are eligible for NEET since you have done your +2 with PHYISICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS AND BIOLOGY. You can definitely apply for NEET. The main requisite for NEET eligibility is having biology as one of your subject in your 11th and 12th standard, which you fulfilled .
