    Im studying 11th now. What govt exam I should prepare to become a HR?

    Hii

    Firstly,To become an HR of a company, you need to MBA. Because HR(Human Resource) is a specialisation wihch you opt while doing your MBA. Secondly,To do MBA in HR, you need to give enrance exams like- CAT,XAT,MAT,SNAP. These are management exam that one gives for doing MBA. Thirdly, Now, to give these exam, you need to be graduated which is your college that you opt after clearing your 12th Class.
