I'm studying 3rd year (2nd sem ) right now in engineering ..can I write gate 2017 and appgcet 2017 for this year ? am I applicable ?

Only B.Tech/B.E pass out or final year student can give Gate exam and in APPGCET, B.E./B.Tech must have been completed successfully and Gate qualified applicants are eligible for direct admissions.
