Hello,

You will be eligible foe the Student Pilot License (SPL) as the eligibility criteria states that the candidate should have attained the age of 16 years and should have a minimum qualification of Class 10th passed. But to fly the planes you need either Private Pilot License (PPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and to get these the candidate should have passed their 10+2 level exam. So diploma students are not eligible for those. If you still want to become a pilot then you can complete your 10+2 level in the open schooling with Physics and Math as compulsory subjects. Only then you will be eligible for the  Private Pilot License (PPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
