I'm studying B. tech biotechnology in india will I be able to write MCAT exam. And what is the meaning for special permission and also I have only 6 months of english learning in my college still can I appear for MCAT with special permission?

Hi,
Well you can still give mcat exam but you need to first complete the pre Medicine track of one year in USA before applying for medical college. Unless you are done with the pre medicine track, you cannot apply to a medical school in USA even if you have given mcat.
