Yes surely you can again go for neet secured a good marks and can get a MBBS seat next year.for that first of all you need to be very confident and hard working to secure MBBS seat as well as to handle your BDS education as you cannot take risk with your present education.once you secure seat in MBBS you need to pay a university for leaving your present BDS seat and fill the formalities.than you can go for MBBS once you are sure and confirm that you will surely secure seat orelse you will loose the present seat also.
