Many students are there are who does this. I have done the same. I was studying BSc before cracking NEET and getting seat.
If you get the seat in NEET in government college, then you can leave the degree and pursue MBBS. there is no issue in dropping out the degree. Many have done this and there is no impact on your upcoming years. You have to take all the documents from the college and leave the college. As far as I know, there is no bond payment in degree colleges, so there won't be any trouble. You can also complete your degree afterwards from an open college if you want to add one more degree beside your name. This will also save your year of studying BSc.
