You are eligible for NEET if you are above 17 years or will turn 17 years atleast by December 31st, 2020 and if you have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects. Not just having those subjects in your 12th but you should also have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in these 3 subjects. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. This is the basic eligibility criteria. If you fulfil this, you are eligible for NEET. The rest is an additional qualification and your qualification code depends on your subjects. So if you can help us with your subjects in B.Sc and the year you are studying in, we shall help you with the qualification code.
