Hello,
Hope you are doing good.
Your question is not very clear. If you are asking whether you can get an admission into an Engineering college when you haven’t taken PCM in your 12th std, then I am sorry to say that it will not be possible.
Below I have shared the basic eligibility criteria required to join B.Tech course in India :
For pursuing B.Tech course, you must pass Class 12 in Science stream with Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics as compulsory subjects.
It is also required to score a minimum of 50% of marks in Class 12. However, students belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST will have the relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum qualifying marks.
For some of the engineering streams like Biomedical Engineering, the students must have studied Biology in addition to Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics in Class 12
This alone will not guarantee an Engineering seat.
You may have to appear for an Engineering Entrance exam and qualify it with good marks in order to get into reputed colleges. Some famous Engineering Entrance exams are JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, VITEEE, etc. JEE Mains allow any student to apply to any national college, while JEE Advanced allows you to apply at the IITs. You need to qualify JEE Mains inorder to be eligible to appear for JEE Adv

Private colleges also have seats under the management quota which allows students to apply even if they do not have a valid entrance exam score, but the fees will be much more.
Hope this was useful to you.
Good luck
