As you belongs to OBC Category you can get the seat in Delhi.

First of all , congratulations for scoring such a good score in NEET 2019. Yes, you have almost 99% chances of getting a government medical college in Delhi. If we exclude Maulana Azad Medical College, you are eligible for each and every government college of Delhi because Maulana had 644 cutoff last year, maybe it will come down this year, but considering on a safer side , you have many chances of getting into NDMC, VMMC, UCMS etc. All these colleges have cutoff less than your score.
