I'm the 12th private candidate (science stream) i gave neet exam which was conducted in September 2021 and registered before for 1st and after exam which was 2nd phase but didn't gave 2nd phase exam. Can I give the neet 2022 exam.if yes then what should I fill in no. of attempts in form?

See there is only single phase of NEET UG examination but the registration process is conducted in 2 phases so you were not registered completely in NEET UG 2021 therefore you should fill your number of attempts for NEET UG as zero.

Yes definitely you can apply for NEET UG 2022 even if you have not registered yoursefl completely for NEET UG 2021.
