Hi Rakesh

Firstly, taking 1 year gap is absolutely normal. It will help you to perform better in college beacuse this 1 year gap between your school and college will help you to take education more seriously.

It will give you enough time to think about your passion in life, you will get enough time to figure out what you actually want to do in life and it will automatically save you from choosing wrong career options.

You can do some entry level job or internship in your gap year . You can do some volunteering, travelling and job these things will help you to understand the value of money and will build confidence in you.

You will become responsible and also you will develop some new life skills.

Make sure you keep your attitude positive towards everything and Maintain Motivation and utilise your time properly and if you use your time properly then you'll be able to make better choices for future .

A student needs to be persistent and have rock solid attitude towards preparation and at the same time if you keep yourself fresh ae motivated then dropping an year can be successful.

All the best
