I'm third year in my degree... Can apply for cmat?

CMAT allows students in the final year of their graduation to apply for the exam. so you are eligible to apply.
This is also logical because a student can give the exam while pursuing the final year and hence clear it. After that the GD, PI etc happen from various colleges and you shall be admitted in the next academic session.
Therefore, you shall have no gap in education. This is same with all other competitive exams as well. So prepare well and do reach out in case you have any specific query related to preparation.
