Here there!
You need to take few deep breaths and relax first.
See minor stress is very very common. We all know that it is the toughest exam and you need to give your best shot.
Just calm down. Take a glass of water. And do quick revisions.
Take some walk and study well. Perform well and hope for the best.
Optimism is the key.
Good Luck!

Hi Shruti,

First of all, do not underestimate yourself. You will do good irrespective of the result. Give your NEET exam with best of your efforts, so that atleast you do do no question yourself or regret anything.

Now, I can only suggest you do everything that makes you feel good and happy such as watching a movie, talking to friends, outdoor activities etc. also importantly you talk to someone who you trust and have faith in. Now the lost time cannot be recovered, I can only suggest you keep your head high and look forward. If you know that you got distracted then when you get another chance or any other opportunity you must work on this. There are online free helpline numbers to help students at moment of their lows, and if such a feeling persists you can also try visiting a doctor, because mental health is no joke and we all know sound mind lives in a body and vise-versa. Lastly I would suggest you Chapter 2, Verse 47 of Bhagvad Gita :

|

|| 47 ||

You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction.

I wish you all the best

Have faith in yourself.

Good Luck

Hey aspirant
Hope you are doing well

See its totally fine , you have to understand you can't fulfill every expectation that our parents has from us.
We are human beings after all we can't just make everything happen.

And it was obvious to get distracted as covid was going on and we were in our homes away from everyone , no friends nothing at all. We had anxiety , we were dealing with overthinking , and a lot was going on , so just don't blame yourself ,its totally normal.

Just don't pressurize yourself too much , this isn't the end of the world , you still have multiple chances to shine and prove to your parents that you are indeed their kid who is gonna make them proud.

Take a goodnight sleep and when you wake up next morning just talk to yourself in mirror and say i don't have anything to prove to anyone , i know my potential , if not today then i'll surely do something amazing with my life in future and give your exam with confidence

You aren't alone in this , most of the students across the world are going through with the same situation , its a hard time , so lets just stay strong.

Hope it helps
Thank you
All the best
