Hi Shruti,
First of all, do not underestimate yourself. You will do good irrespective of the result. Give your NEET exam with best of your efforts, so that atleast you do do no question yourself or regret anything.
Now, I can only suggest you do everything that makes you feel good and happy such as watching a movie, talking to friends, outdoor activities etc. also importantly you talk to someone who you trust and have faith in. Now the lost time cannot be recovered, I can only suggest you keep your head high and look forward. If you know that you got distracted then when you get another chance or any other opportunity you must work on this. There are online free helpline numbers to help students at moment of their lows, and if such a feeling persists you can also try visiting a doctor, because mental health is no joke and we all know sound mind lives in a body and vise-versa. Lastly I would suggest you Chapter 2, Verse 47 of Bhagvad Gita :
|
|| 47 ||
You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction.
I wish you all the best
Have faith in yourself.
Good Luck
