I'm trying to upload my SC category certificate while filling application form for jee mains 2022 but whenever I try to upload it says please upload a valid pdf file , my category certificate is in the form of PDF and under size gap of 50 kb to 300 kb

Just edit your file name as caste certificate and it will get accepted

Try filling the form with smartphone. It got filled in my case.

Same, can't upload my obc certificate. Logged out and logged in again but didn't work. File size is 131 KB.

Kindly check the specifications of your certificate once more and it should be in PDF form between 50kb to 300kb and should be clearly legible. If it is according to the specifications then please log-out from the application page and re-login to it and then upload, it would get uploaded.

Note that all documents and images should be in prescribed format which is given below :-

• The recent photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
• Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
• The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
• The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
• The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be in pdf between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
