With this rank it will be quite Impossible to get any NIFT's for Bfetch.
As you have mentioned General category so let me clarify you with the last year's cutoff's.
You can easily forget Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar and Kolkata as the cutoff for these closes at 250-300 AIR.
The last rank at which any one can get NIFT will be around 550-600 (Considering last year trend).
Candidates can download NIFT past 5 years cutoff to get an idea on the opening and closing ranks for admission to NIFT campuses.
