Hi,
If you are interested in the subject then you should go for it. You are eligible for Btech course in computer science. A prior knowledge in computer science is not mandatory for pursuing engineering in computer science. You learn from the basics itself once you enroll in the course. To get admissions in merit seats of engineering colleges you should meet up with eligible criteria prescribed in the official website of respective colleges such as percentage of marks in 10+2, minimum marks required in entrance exams (if any) etc. To know more about colleges and courses please go through the following article

All the best.
Dear aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. As per your query yes you will be able to study Computer Science Engineering even if you didn't have computer science in your +2. Before starting college you will need to learn the basics of C, C++ and other languages or topics included in your B.Tech 1st sem syllabus and you will be good to go. You can study from beginner books, YouTube videos or by taking tuition classes. Once you learn the basics you will be able to cope up with your mates in college. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you.
