I'm written in mat and cat exam.in these two exams I got very poor score below 30 percentile.please tell me some good b schools in low score acceptable colleges .

There is very less chance for you, with less score in b school admission. You can either contact them for management seats or see wheather they accept other state MBA entrance exam if yes then you can write and improve your score and get admission. But more chances will be in management quota only but never leave trying with this score.
