Hey dear, you cannot ask this question especially if you are preparing for an entrance exam ie NEET. You cannot afford to take such risks. Every chapter NCERT is must and must important that's it if you want to score around 300 on 360 to get eligible to get a government institution. I'll suggest finish ncert of each and every chapter, it's okay once if you don't SOLVE mcqs but reading of each and every chapter is must. Because already you are not going apart from ncert and in that too if you leave some chapters then things really become difficult.
