Start interview preparation in advance . Many of the candidates start preparation after the results announced. This will have little time to take more information required to diverse qns asked during interview. If you are optimistic about your results don't wait.

Be your natural self before the board you have to appear what you are no need to wear mask which you are not. They are not expecting to be extra ordinary person with qualities.all of them want is your commitment , how suitable you will be to this job.

Never bluff before the board be honest these are the two qualities that you should be careful about.

Don't blindly follow tips of & advice of boards. Practice before the mirror in your room. You can record your conversation.
