For Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, stick to NCERT books of 11th and 12th syllabus. NCERT books will sharpen your basics and you need strong basics for preparing for any entrance examination. Once your basics are in place, because the time period for preparation is quite less, your preparation should be extensive and thorough. For General Aptitude, few topics that you need to cover and practise are: Numbers, HCF and LCM of Numbers, Decimal Fractions, Square Roots and Cube Roots, Average, Problems on Ages, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Time and Work, Pipes and Cistern, Time and Distance, Problems on Trains, Boats and Streams, Alligation, Simple and Compound Interest, Logarithms, Area, Volume and Surface areas, Calendar, Clocks, Permutation and Combinations, Probability, Reasoning, Sitting Arrangements, Blood relations and Data Interpretation. There is no negative marking. There might be 40 questions in each session.
