Since you have not mentioned your category I'm assuming you're a general category student.
The cutoff varies every year and is based on various factors like no of candidates, difficulty of the examination etc. but as per previous year's trend getting admission in BAMS in government colleges won't be possible with a score of 250.
Cutoff for government colleges for general category student is around 430+ marks and for OBC is around 400+.
Even any good private college requires a min cutoff of around 300+ for general category students.
So it won't be possible for you to get BAMS In government colleges but you can try for private ones through counseling.
