Based on your obc rank of 10k and the precious year cut off trend there is chance for you to get Mechanical Engineering in the following NITs (along with 2021 closing rank for obc) -

• NIT Raipur - 10k

• NIT Goa - 10k

• NIT Hamirpur - 11k

• NIT Patna - 9-11k
