Well, your academic percentage in 10th is well good and average in 12th. You must score above average in your Bachelor's degree to get your chances high up.

Still you have to score 99+ percentile in CAT to get a good old IIM or may be perfect 100 percentile. Other than that, you could get call from any new IIM by scoring 95 or above percentile in CAT Exam. But keep in mind New IIMs do not have better placements, these are juat fine. To get a good placement from campus you must get into any old IIM. 

Now, its upon your marks in your Bachelor's degree, about how your chances varies.

It totally depends on few factors. If you are aiming for the top best IIM then your marks are not that good all the you should not lose hope.

If you are a general category student then the marks are not good although if you are from reserved category then there are chances for few IIMs.

If you score 99 percentile or more then there are good chances as with this study background high percentile is only going to help you for getting admission.

Your 10th marks is brilliant but your 12th marks in average.But to to be eligible to get admission in B schools one needs to be graduated and you will have to appear for CAT examination but you will have to get  more than 99%ile plus you will have to get good marks in graduation too but you main ficus should be to prepare well foe CAT.
