Hi Maitri,
The answer may vary person to person but I'll try to put it in general words so your thoughts can get clear about it.
Integrated study involves entrance exam's coaching and school studies going in parallel. This means that the things you'll be going to learn in school will get clear and also you gain better perspective once you re-learn them in coaching. Since most of the entrance exams has their basics set upon the school syllabus there are good chances that you can score good in your school exams as well as boards also.
The only downside to this option is that it is rigrous and requires extreme focus.
On the other hand if you join a science college then you'll be getting ample amount of time in your hand. You can use it in two ways:
1.Prepare on your own for the entrance.
2. Join a coaching centre.
The first option needs lots of focus and determination while the latter in the addition to above two aspect also requires good time management skills to set perfect balance between coaching and school study.
Now let's come to most important thing for both the options that is money.
Integrated college are costlier than science college. Even if you opt for coaching while studying in science college then also the total amount you'll be may spending lesser than the former.
So if your are okay with financial aspect of the choices then all the things are now upto you. Introspect yourself. This will sway away your doubts.
See , Joining Integrated coaching for NEET or any other competitive exams always helps more as compared to simple college study no matter you are from CBSE or State board . But the selection of good coaching is the important thing . They provide good study material with different variety of questions , and test you on weekly or daily basis depends on their schedule. This can help building your confidence on solving ability . They can mentor your progress on a regular basis .
So i would suggest you should any good coaching in your 11th and 12th .I hope this helps you .
