For neet exams , it depends on your caste sadly.
"Candidates should have obtained minimum50% marks (for general), 45% marks (for general PH) and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC candidates in the PCB stream."

Yes you are 100% eligible for neet. The eligibility does not require your english marks in class 12th. It Requires that you must need to score 50% aggregate in your 12th Class if you belongs to (General category)and 45% aggregate if you belongs to (SC/ST/OBC category) to be eligible for neet.

Hey.
To be eligible for taking NEET you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. As your aggregate is 60% you're eligible. Other than that you need to pass PCB and English Eligibility. Even if you've scored 40% marks you'd be eligible if you have passed English Individually.
