since you are an Arts aspirants, I have mentioned about ug courses available on humanities department:
Bachelor of Arts
BA Economics (Hons)

in any of the course there is no marks criteria mentioned. so I suggest you to apply to the course as per your interest. 61% score is bit low, but you must apply to get admission, it is ad visible to apply to multiple colleges to get best possible outcomes.
