Hi
You are eligible with Grace marks.
This is because,
It doesn't matter whether you're a passed your Physics examination with Grace marks or without grace marks, what matters is that you have passed in your Physics as :
Neet eligibility criteria doesn't mention anything about Grace marks it just says that you must have passed in all the 5 subjects including physics chemistry biology /biotechnology and English and meet the percentage requirement in PCB which provided below:-
you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
Now,
Your aggregate in pcb
= 50 % and so you are eligible for Neet examination
Also, to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

Hello Aspirant,
See grace marks carries some weightage in External Examination. Though these will be shown separately on the marks list(depends upon the board) but they are to be added in the marks obtained in Theory and practical and so they will be considered in determining NEET Eligibility criteria which means that grace marks are valid and considered for NEET .
As per the eligibility criteria for NEET the candidate must have passed his/her class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% for Unreserved category 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD. Also note that the English subject should also be there in the curriculum because it will be considered as core subject.
So as you have mentioned that you got total 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology now if the result includes the grace marks then also you are eligible because your total result of PCB is considered while determining the eligibility criteria of NEET.
