As per your question i do understand your question.
In order to get admission in DU for honors a student must include the subject in which the student aspires to do honors.
As in your case you want to go honors in eco so eco should be a subject included in your best four.
English+chem+phy+eco=90%

Yes it's must according to du It also varies from one college to other
Please tell me. I heard that maths is compulsory to be added .In which colllges it's not necessary

Hello Tanzeel,
Mathematics is compulsory for only B.Com. Hons.
not for Economics Hons. So you can go with it. Come colleges may be making it compulsory but you can check that in 1st cutoff List, it is mentioned there.

English, maths , economics are to be compulsory included so
Your best 4 is
Eng maths physics eco
Also u got same marks in both phy and chemistry so anything is considered
91+91+91+77/4
87.5 is your best 4 score

According to the lastest judgement DU is following the last year criteria for admission in eco hons.
With says you must hv studied maths in 12th but it's not compulsory to add it in your bfs.
So to calculate your best four percentage add up
Eng+ eco+ physics and chemistry
91+87+91+91/4 making it 90%
