Eligibility for appearing NEET , you must have passed xii Science with PCB stream having secured Minimum 50% marks in Physics
Cemistry and biology. Just you need to score 150 marks in altogether in PCB , . It doesn't make sense whatever marks you have scored more in maths and less in biology You just need to pass in every subject.and PCB score should be 50%

There's no need to worry even if you have got more marks in maths and less marks in biology , maths marks doesn't matter as it is not considered for neet eligibility
You are still eligible for neet examination provided you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
