in 1st *mock seat allocation I got *iiit jabalpur mechanical as choice number 70 what does it mean??will I get it upto *6th round!!

Yes it definitely means that you will be alloted seats in each subsequent round and each will be alloted at a higher preference level that you provided during choice filling.
