In 1st round of upsee counselling I did chose float option and in 2nd round there's no option for float. What to do now?

There is a option for float or freeze in round 2.
Which name is open willingness in first column second option .

Firstly, there's no such option as open willingness, It's change willingness.Secondly, It's for seat allotted in round 1. No option available to freeze/float the seat allotted in round 2.

No, there is only radion button shows for freeze option and float option has no radio button.
