In 2018 opening & closing rank for IIT-B CS was 9 & 45 for OBC. So does it mean that student who is AIR 1 in OBC category wont get IIT-B CS?

Hey this means that AIR 1 have filled IIT-B CS on lower choice he is not interested in CS

Hello Dear,

if you got AIR 1 then you are eligible for any branch in any IITs.whether it's IIT-B or any other else.

in JOSAA counseling if you select IIT-B in 1st priority then you will get otherwise you will get the 1st option that you selected or lock.
