in 2020 i choose bsc zbc now im bsc second year student but i want to do bsc in psychology can i get lateral entry in bsc Psychology.

Mostly no one gets it like that but you can fulfill your dream by getting in a good college for 3 years.
For this year either you can continue what you are doing or you can opt for an internship till the time colleges starts to offer admissions again.
