Hello,
If you are seeking admission only in MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses then the admission is based on merit in NEET score. The percentage that you have scored in 10+2 will not be given weightage. To be eligible for NEET you must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. You need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry if you belong to general category, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC you need to score minimum 40% aggregate marks and if you belong to PWD you need to score minimum 45% aggregate marks.
SO unless you want to join in a course for which admission is based on merit 10+2 you should concentrate on preparing for NEET.
