In 2nd councilling of ap eamcet can i change certificates? is registration and certificate verification can be done again ??pls help me

Hope you are doing great. As per my knowledge registration can be done only once. During second counselling you have another chance to select the colleges as per your preferences if you have cancelled the first phase seat and if you don't get the college you want.
