hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were confused about their colleges.So, dear with this score you won't  get any govt. mbbs college for sure,but you will get bams,bhms and bds for sure but if you are not interested even in private colleges so i would advice you to drop one more year.

Your has question has the answer, a Year drop. If you can score 507 this year then with little push and practise you can touch 580+ next year and which can easily fetch you Cuttack medical college. So, i think this is a by far only option for you.
