Correct Answer: 2.3
Solution : Given: In a circular path of 600 m, Pankaj and Rohit start walking in opposite directions from the same point at speeds of 2.85 m/s and 5.4 km/h, respectively. Rohit's speed in m/s is $5.4×\frac{5}{18}=1.5$ m/s So, their relative speed is (2.85 + 1.5) = 4.35 m/s So, they will meet after $\frac{600}{4.35\times 60}$ = 2.29 $\approx$ 2.3 minutes. So, they will meet after 2.3 minutes. Hence, the correct answer is 2.3.
