Rise in level=Volume of sphere
pi*r*r*h=(4/3*pi*r*r*r)*9000
Pi on both sides gets cancelled
r*r LHS cancels with r*r RHS
(10*10)*h=4/3*0.5*0.5*0.5
h=0.5*3000/100
h=15 cm
The water rises by 15 cm
