In Aayush Councelling,If I got seat in Round 1 in any clg but I don't want to take admission in that clg... then can I go for 2nd round directly without reporting to the clg.. or reporting is compulsory?

Reporting is compulsory. In case you don't get a seat in your desired college in second round as well. Then you will have to take admission in any college you get. So why not now?
I'll recommend you to take admission now, report the college, opt for *upgradation* and then participate in second round.
